Its amazing how something so simple can be so effective. The Perfect Pushup really doesn't change the way you do pushups, it more makes you do them more effectively. You can't cheat as easily with this, and it forces you to use the right muscles. I started adding pushups using the Perfect Pushup to the end of my workout and I definitely felt my muscles working hard to balance myself. I don't think its the "answer" to a bigger chest or stronger arms, but its definitely an added plus to anyone's normal workout regiment.

wonderful product.Nice grip,good quality product. Definitely helps to workout by dissipating the stresses involved on wrist in pushups. very comfortable to workout.I feel easy to use this device.worthy product for any person.

These are great, your push-ups will be taken to the next level. I can't say enough about the perfect pushup, they are outstanding. Everyone that I work with in Iraq is using them and seeing great results. Well worth the money and made to last.
Good but costly October 30, 2008
I think it does everything it is supposed to do. But at $40 I think it is a bit expensive.
While the rotary motion helps its the extra height (6 inches) that really offers the advantage. I like it but took off one star for the price.

Bought this and take it with me in the travel bag. After a wrist surgery, I was a bit skeptical, but can vouch for the effectiveness. That little elevation off the floor makes a big difference, and the natural twisting motion is perfect for balance and stability. Sometimes a simple idea is the right stuff.
