Move It and Lose It November 19, 2008 That little guy can go. Listening to the music and watching the others makes you want to move it and lose it. Hurray for Richard Simmons.
Exercise tape November 4, 2008 As usual, Richard is his great self in this remake to dvd of Sweatin to the Oldies. I had the old version on VHS..and wanted the DVD. It is a great exercise tape!!
Not too little... not too much exercise October 9, 2008 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
Sweatin' to the OldiesIf you're 60+ and want to move but can't keep up with the kick-boxing group, this is the perfect exercise routine. It gets your heart rate going, moves and stretches those muscles, but isn't going to kill you in the process. If you're out to tone those abs & get a 6-pack, forget it. But if you want to stay healthy by getting the amount of exercise recommended, this is it. And the music is what makes it AAA+. Lots of good oldies to make you feel younger. Richard is a little hard to take at times... but you gotta love him!

I was quite disappointed in this dvd, I thought it would be more exercising than dance, but it was the other way around. It's good if you're into the dancing part of it though.

I am getting a real charge and a hard work out with this. Even though I can't follow the steps exactly I am still getting a good workout.
